• Physician Health Care Provider (MD, DO): $250
• Non-physician Health Care Provider (PT, DPT, WCS, PhD, NP, etc.): $125
• Fellow*/Student/Trainee**: $50

IPPS membership runs on a calendar year basis and is effective January 1 through December 31. Membership dues are NOT pro-rated.
